• Collaborative Design & Floor Plan Development: OdeCo worked directly alongside the franchise owner, corporate brand reps, and the project architect to refine floor plans optimized for speed-of-service, commercial equipment layouts, and drive-thru traffic flow.
• Turnkey Permitting & Compliance: OdeCo managed the administrative heavy lifting—pulling all necessary commercial building permits, zoning approvals, and inspection schedules to ensure full compliance with local building codes.
• Open & Proactive Communication: To keep the project moving on time and on budget, Christian Ode led weekly project meetings with the owner, architect, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear updates and fast solutions to on-site questions.
• Commercial Adaptive Remodel: The team removed legacy QSR equipment, reconfigured interior partition walls, updated plumbing and electrical systems for commercial espresso and refrigeration units, and installed modern franchise interior finishes.
