State Storage represents OdeCo’s full-service commercial capabilities, taking a major civil and structural project from raw ground to 100% occupancy:

• Civil Engineering & Site Design: OdeCo collaborated closely with civil engineers to handle site layout, storm-water management, utility coordination, and municipal zoning approvals for the 5.5-acre parcel.
• Turnkey Site Development: Managed complete civil site prep, including heavy grading, sub-base compaction, concrete slab pours, asphalt drive aisles, and security perimeter planning.
• Multi-Format Storage Construction: Constructed 225 total storage units tailored to diverse community needs:
  • 45 Large-Format Units (18x50): Deep commercial/RV/boat storage bays engineered for high clearance and vehicle accessibility.
  • 180 Mini-Storage Units: Multiple size configurations designed for personal, household, and small business storage.
• Full Lease-Up & Operations: OdeCo managed tenant acquisition and marketing, successfully reaching 100% occupancy across all 225 units.
